  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course (and we are unable to resolve them)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • You have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • More than 30 days have passed since enrollment
  • You have downloaded or saved course materials
  • You simply changed your mind after completing a significant portion of the course

Course Access After Refund

If your refund is approved, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to view course content or download materials.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course:

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund

Bundles and Promotions

If you purchased a course bundle or used a promotional discount:

  • Refund policies apply to the total amount paid
  • If you received a free course as part of a bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to refunded courses

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke your course access
  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
  • Refuse future enrollments from your account
